Now for crits:
This isn't your fault ad there isn't a guideline for the logo as yet but I would never allow the logo to be used in that manner. That is: tinted and repetitive. I get that's your concept and it reinforces the logo but I believe in subtle or smart branding as oppose to one that comes right at you.
I love the light post but I didn't notice it. I really think you should have played with that element more as oppose to playing with the logo.
I didn't get your tagline and much of your design gave me this impression of sadness which isn't what I'm about (though I'm sad 90% of the times right now) but DEPTHSKINS isn't about that so I wouldn't want that sad, gloomy feel you know.
The logo on bottom right should be smaller or in your case shouldn't be there at all considering how it's used in the design.

i had a very little time, and as i said is the very 1st ad i made, i was very surprised to be finalist, many other ppl more skilled should have made great ads, i only wanted to participate. But i know its pretty simple and empty.
Anyway my intentention was to be a funny ad, i guess i didnt make it
